What Can Optimal Living Do for You?
The Optimal Living program can help our residents reach their fullest potential, no matter what obstacles currently stand in their way. Our program offers a well-rounded approach to 8 different diseases and conditions, so residents know they’re getting the best care.
If you have Arthritis, your Optimal Living program will be focused on managing the pain and stiffness that comes with arthritis. Our team will also work with you on keeping your joints healthy and preventing further injury.
For residents who have had joint replacement surgery, the Optimal Living program offers services surrounding joint mobility restoration and focusing on improving overall strength and balance.
For residents who have diabetes, the Optimal Living program will focus on therapeutic exercises and aerobic training to lower the health risks associated with Diabetes.
For residents that have Dementia, The Optimal Living program focuses on maintaining and improving independence in whatever way the resident requires.
Deconditioning is defined as long-term inactivity. This can be due to illness recovery, bed rest or general lack of physical activity. The Optimal Living program helps residents struggling with deconditioning through endurance training and strength conditioning.
After suffering from a stroke, the Optimal Living program can be especially beneficial. We use post-acute restorative care adaptive equipment to help our residents recover.
If residents struggle with cardiac issues, the Optimal Program will be tailored to their specific needs using cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility training and functional activity programs.
For residents with Parkinson’s disease, the Optimal Living program focuses on meeting their health goals through therapeutic exercises, functional activities and neuromuscular re-education.
