Susy Paiva brings over 20 years of experience supporting seniors and their families to her role as Executive Director at All American Assisted Living in Wrentham. Passionate about guiding families through the aging journey, she is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant community for residents. Known for her creativity and energy, Susy loves leading activities, especially arts and crafts, celebrations, and holiday events—her enthusiasm for Christmas is especially contagious. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and spending time with her husband, Joe, their family, and her three grandchildren, along with their two dogs, Cash and Fenway.
